Returns & Refund Policy
Signs and Wonders Store – Returns & Refund Policy
At Signs and Wonders, every item in our store is made to order in partnership with Printful, our trusted third-party production and shipping partner. Because of this custom production process, we are unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges on most orders. Please review the policy details below before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Each product is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or design preference. Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email contact@signswonders.co with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)
A brief description of the issue
Upon review, we will offer one of the following:
✅ A replacement item (shipped at no additional cost)
✅ A refund for the affected item(s), if replacement is not possible
3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
We will assist where possible, but replacements for lost or stolen packages are considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellations
Orders go into production shortly after being placed.
Cancellations may be possible if requested within 1 hour of purchase, but are not guaranteed.
To request a cancellation, email contact@signswonders.co as soon as possible with your order details.
