Joseph Faulk

Executive Director

Joseph is a filmmaker and visionary committed to sharing powerful, real-life stories of transformation through Signs and Wonders. After years leading businesses and creating across film, music, and design, he found his true calling capturing testimonies that reveal God’s love and redemption.

Carrying forward his father’s legacy while expanding the mission into film globally, Joseph leads a dedicated team producing documentary films and billboard campaigns that inspire faith and spark hope.

He lives near Pittsburgh with his wife and two daughters, devoted to using his gifts to bring light into the world.

David Faulk

Chairman of the Board

David Faulk serves as the Chairman of the Board of Signs and Wonders and is the co-owner and President of Wonder Transport Company. A dynamic speaker with degrees in business management (Evangel University) and theology (Life Christian University), David shares messages of hope at churches, campuses, and events nationwide.

He formerly led Chi Alpha at Robert Morris University, growing the ministry from 7 to over 150 weekly students, and has spoken through FCA, CCO, and other faith-based organizations. Known for his humor, heart, and authenticity, David connects powerfully across generations—challenging audiences to embrace a life-changing relationship with Christ.

He lives in Moon Township, PA with his wife Treena and their two children, Giada and Brody.

Geri Faulk

Board Member and Co-Founder

Geri Faulk is the Co-Founder of Signs and Wonders and the widow of Ken Faulk, whose vision helped lay the foundation for the ministry. A devoted wife, mother of five, and faithful follower of Jesus, Geri spent much of her life as a stay-at-home mother, raising her children with love and intentionality.

She has led numerous women’s Bible studies and served as a counselor at the Crisis Pregnancy Center, where she compassionately guided women facing unplanned pregnancies, encouraging life-affirming choices through faith and support.

Today, Geri remains deeply committed to the mission of Signs and Wonders and is its most generous supporter. Her quiet strength, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to Christ continue to shape the heart of the ministry.

Claire McGee

Legal Counsel / Secretary

With nearly a decade of experience practicing civil law, Claire brings both legal expertise and heartfelt dedication to the Signs and Wonders Board of Directors. A Pittsburgh resident for over 18 years, she also serves on the board of The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh, reflecting her deep commitment to community service.

Her connection to Signs and Wonders is personal—founded by her late father-in-law, whose faith left a lasting impact on her life. Serving on this board is her way of honoring that legacy and helping others encounter the transformative power of Jesus Christ.

As a mother of two young daughters, Claire is passionate about planting seeds of faith and purpose in the next generation and helping build a world shaped by God’s redeeming love.

Allison Evans

Director of Development

Allison brings years of high-level business development experience and a heart for mission-driven work to Signs and Wonders. From leading billion-dollar contracts to serving in the Peace Corps, her journey reflects a deep passion for connecting people to something greater than themselves.

At Signs and Wonders, she helps build the relationships and resources needed to share stories that inspire faith, hope, and transformation.

Kenny Faulk

Kenny Faulk brings over 30 years of financial expertise to Signs and Wonders, where he has faithfully served as CFO.   A resident of Center Township, PA, Kenny studied Business at Geneva College and is the co-owner and accountant for Wonder Transport Company.

His love for numbers is matched by his heart for people—he’s passionate about using his skills to help others and steward resources that make a lasting impact. A devoted fan of Pittsburgh’s sports teams, Kenny brings the same loyalty and dedication to Signs and Wonders, ensuring the ministry runs with both integrity and purpose.

Ryan Strong

Board Member

Ryan Strong is a passionate storyteller, lifelong creative, and follower of Jesus Christ. He filmed the very first Signs and Wonders testimony of late founder, Ken Faulk.  Ryan also refreshed the brand identity and was instrumental in reimagining where Signs and Wonders could go with Joseph Faulk. 

He co-owns a leading virtual software instrument company, and has spent over 15 years creating impactful campaigns for brands like YETI, Reebok, Vogue, SHOWTIME, and BALDWIN. Ryan brings heart, vision, and a deep commitment to sharing stories that glorify God and inspire others.

Chuck Nettles

Board Member

Chuck serves as Managing Director at Lifetime Financial Growth - Pittsburgh. Chuck's dedication and experience have earned him numerous accolades, including being a three-time Leader’s Club qualifier and a one-time Executive Club qualifier. He was named the 2020 Guardian New Agent of the Year and received the Guardian Talent Introduction Program Top Honor in 2021.

Outside of his professional achievements, Chuck resides in Upper St. Clair, PA, with his wife, Sarah, and their three children: Charlotte, Abigail, and Nicklaus.

Joe Warnagiris

Board Member

Joe spent the majority of his professional career running Paragon Asset Recovery Services, Inc. Paragon is an insurance services technology company that uses predictive analytics to identify, bill, and recover missed claim assets. Joe lead Paragon through a management buyout and, more recently, a sale to a private equity owned business that focuses on the insurance space.

Currently, Joe owns and operates Sewickley Sports Arena, helping kids gain important life skills learned through sports including the value of teamwork, setting big goals, and how effort brings reward. 

Joe lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Sandy and two children Abbie and Jake.
